Office skills training for your team — with the result measured, not «we took a course and forgot it»
Microsoft Office at Work: stop doing by hand what the software does in a second
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and working together on files. We teach on your real documents, measure the level before and after, and send a report on every participant.

Figures based on market research and typical office tasks. We calculate the numbers for your company during the free assessment.
What manual document work costs the company
Enter your own numbers and we will show how much time the training frees up and how many weeks it takes to pay for itself.
We keep the estimate conservative — 25% of the time saved, though in practice it is usually more. Training is costed at $200 per person.
Five steps from the entry assessment to the report
Entry assessment
20 tasks: we see everyone's real level, not a self-assessment from a form.
A program built for you
We take your reports and templates and teach on those — no abstract examples.
Sessions
Twice a week, 90 minutes each, live online.
Practice with feedback
Assignments on real working files, with a mentor going through everyone's mistakes.
Final assessment and report
A before-and-after comparison for each person, plus certificates for participants.
Seven modules — each with a clear result at the end
Modules can be combined: if your team only needs Excel and reporting, we assemble the program from M2–M4.
The «Basic» plan covers modules M1–M3; «Full» and «With a mentor» cover all seven.
M1Word for documents that hold their formattingpractice3 sessions
Styles and structure, automatic tables of contents, company templates, track changes and co-authoring. We cover why a contract falls apart when it is emailed around, and how to fix that for good.
What you end up with
A branded contract and memo template
M2Excel: the basics, for speedpractice3 sessions
Tables, keyboard shortcuts, data formats, absolute and relative references, and the formulas you need 95% of the time. Speed matters more than exotica.
What you end up with
The participant's reworked working file
M3Excel: data and reportingpractice3 sessions
PivotTables, VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, joining several sources, cleaning exports from your accounting and banking systems, data validation.
What you end up with
An automated weekly report
M4Excel: analysis and visualizationpractice2 sessions
Charts you can read at a glance, conditional formatting, slicers, and a dashboard on a single sheet — with no add-ins or macros.
What you end up with
A dashboard for the manager
M5PowerPoint without the cringepractice2 sessions
How to structure a talk, the company template, charts and tables on a slide, and what to do when the deck is due in an hour.
What you end up with
A deck for a real business occasion
M6Outlook and a tidy inboxpractice2 sessions
Rules and folders, working with the calendar, scheduling meetings and rooms, email templates, tasks and reminders.
What you end up with
An inbox and calendar that are set up properly
M7Working on files togetherpractice2 sessions
Sharing and permissions, versions and change history, comments instead of email threads, cloud storage and basic security.
What you end up with
Ground rules for working on shared files
An AI assistant for everyday office tasks. We look at what can already be automated with AI — with a clear note on where it is reliable and where it is not, so people know the limits as well as the shortcuts.

The manager's dashboard: training you can see in numbers
Not «the staff took a course», but who was at what level, what they built and how far they moved.
This is what the dashboard looks like. The names and figures below are sample data.
| Employee | Level before | Completed | Level after | Growth | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| IPIrina Petrova | 34 | 100% | 82 | +48 | Completed |
| ASAlexey Smirnov | 51 | 100% | 88 | +37 | Completed |
| MKMarina Kuznetsova | 28 | 72% | — | — | In progress |
| DVDmitry Volkov | 44 | 35% | — | — | Behind |
| OLOlga Lebedeva | 62 | 88% | — | — | In progress |
| SNSergey Novikov | 19 | 0% | — | — | Not started |
You can see who finished and who got stuck
Each person's progress updates after every assignment — no need to ask how the training is going.
The improvement is visible in points
Not «liked it / did not like it», but the difference between the entry and final assessment on identical tasks.
The report exports to PDF
A ready document for HR and management: who was in the group, attendance, before-and-after scores, certificates issued.
Taught by people who work in these files every day
The spreadsheet block is taught by the instructors of our «Excel + Google Sheets» program — it is included in full, together with the practice and the review of your files.

What people usually ask before starting
Which versions of the software do you cover?
We work with Microsoft Office 2016 and newer, including Microsoft 365. Everything we show also works in older versions, and we call out the interface differences as we go.
Can you teach on our real files?
That is the core of the program. Before the start we take your reports, exports and templates, anonymize the data where needed and build the practice around them. People finish with a reworked file of their own, not a textbook example.
What if our people are at different levels?
That is exactly what the entry assessment is for: based on the results we split the group or assemble different sets of modules. The strong are not bored and the beginners are not left behind.
Do you run this on site, at our office?
No, the training is online only — the sessions are live. For distributed teams that is usually an advantage: people from any office join the same group, and everyone keeps the recordings.
How much time will it take each employee?
Two 90-minute sessions a week plus about an hour of practice. That is roughly four hours a week over six weeks. The assignments are tied to real work, so most of the time they replace the usual routine rather than add to it.
Will you give us a report for HR?
Yes. At the end we send a PDF report on the group: who took part, attendance, the entry and final assessment scores for each person, the improvement, the certificates issued, and our recommendations on who is worth training further.
How do we pay as a company, and what documents do you provide?
We work under a contract and issue an invoice; after the training we hand over the closing documents. For larger companies we can arrange payment in stages or after delivery.
Can we have a trial session?
Yes, we run a free trial session for the group — 60 minutes on a real task from your department. It doubles as an informal skills check.
We start with a free assessment of your team's level
20 tasks, a result for every employee, no commitment.
