We work through your situation together — in one meeting or over three months
One-to-one consulting and mentoring for owners and executives. Sales, processes, teams, putting AI to work. Come with a specific situation and leave with a plan of action.

One-off consultation
- Who it is for
- There is one specific question and I need an outside view.
- How it works
- You send the background material beforehand, I prepare, and we meet over video.
- What you get
- A recording of the meeting and a written summary with the decision and a 30-day plan.
Business diagnostic
- Who it is for
- You can tell something is not working, but not what exactly.
- How it works
- We look at the numbers, the processes and the team, find the bottlenecks and set priorities.
- What you get
- A prioritised map of problems, a quarterly plan, and the expected effect of every step.
Mentoring
- Who it is for
- You do not need advice, you need support all the way to the result.
- How it works
- Weekly 60-minute meetings, a chat between them, and a review of your documents and decisions.
- What you get
- Changes actually implemented, not ideas. We work to a result, not to the end of a program.
Ongoing support
- Who it is for
- The company is growing and I need someone alongside me permanently.
- How it works
- Two meetings a month plus messenger access, and involvement in the key decisions.
- What you get
- You stop making the important decisions on your own.
Five steps — from your enquiry to a plan in your hands
You send an enquiry
Two minutes: your contact details, what the company does and what is worrying you.
A free 15-minute call
We get acquainted and I tell you straight whether I can help in your situation.
You send the background
Your numbers, your structure, what you have already tried. I prepare before we meet.
Meeting
We deal with the problem itself — no lectures, no theory.
A summary, a plan and the recording
They are yours to keep, and you can pass them to your team.
When I will turn the work down
- If you need a guaranteed revenue figure — nobody can honestly promise that.
- If you want the work done for you — I help you make decisions, I do not replace your team.
- No readiness to change how things are done — then it is money wasted.
- A business deep in crisis and in debt — that calls for a turnaround manager, not a consultant.
- If you are looking for motivation and inspiration — not my department.
If after the free call I can see that I cannot help, I will say so plainly and point you to someone who can.

Sergey Didenko
For nine years I have been doing the same thing: taking a business apart and putting it back together so that it runs without the owner steering it by hand.
I started in sales — making the calls, running the negotiations and doing the pipeline maths myself. Then I built sales teams, for my own companies and for clients. It became clear that sales is rarely the whole problem, so I moved on to processes, the financial model and the team as a whole.
Alongside that I built OnStudy — an education company running since 2016. It is my own business, with all the same problems: hiring, unit economics, automation, putting AI into everyday work. I speak from running it, not from theory.
I consult because I keep seeing the same pattern: owners live with a problem for years that an outsider can see in ninety minutes. My job is to compress those years into one conversation and a clear plan.

What people say afterwards
I came in with a question about advertising and left understanding that we were losing money on the first phone call. Six weeks later we stopped losing weekend enquiries — that alone added more revenue than our entire traffic budget.
The main thing: for the first time in four years I took a two-week holiday and the company kept running. We worked out which decisions genuinely had to be mine, and which ones I was simply refusing to let go of.
What I valued was that on the first call Sergey said plainly that we did not need mentoring — a diagnostic would do. In three meetings we got a list of nine problems in priority order. Eight months later we had closed six of them.
What doing nothing costs
Work out what your time in day-to-day operations costs you — the numbers stay in your browser.
This is a rough estimate, not a promise. Exact figures are worked out in the diagnostic.

What people usually ask before the call
What is the difference between a consultation and mentoring?
A consultation is a single deep-dive: you get an outside view, a decision and a 30-day plan, and you implement it yourself from there. Mentoring is support through the implementation: we meet every week, go through your documents and decisions, and correct course until the changes actually take hold.
What if after the first meeting it turns out a different format is needed?
We recalculate and credit what you have paid. If a one-off consultation leads into a diagnostic or into mentoring, the cost of that meeting is deducted from the new format.
Do you work online or in person?
Online by default, over video — it suits us both, because spreadsheets and documents can be shared on the spot. In-person meetings are possible by separate arrangement.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, signed before any materials change hands. If you have your own form of agreement, send it over and I will work to it.
Can a company pay for this?
Yes. We work under a contract, I issue an invoice and provide the closing paperwork. Mentoring and ongoing support can be paid monthly.
What if it is not right for me after the first meeting?
On longer formats I refund unused meetings, no questions asked. A one-off consultation is paid for only after we have agreed on the free call that you actually need it.
Will you understand my industry?
Over nine years I have worked across twelve industries, from manufacturing and wholesale to services and agencies. I do not need to know your industry better than you do — my field is management, sales and the economics of decisions, and you can explain the specifics in the first ten minutes.
How much of my time will this take?
A one-off session is 90 minutes of meeting plus about an hour to prepare your background material. Mentoring is an hour a week for the meeting plus implementation time — usually two to four hours a week, and those are the hours you eventually get back.
